Dr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, the former National Chairman of Ghana’s opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has emphasized the importance of the 24-hour economy policy introduced by his party and John Mahama.

He believes this policy is crucial for addressing the country’s significant issue of youth unemployment.

Speaking on “Good Afternoon Ghana,” Dr. Ofosu Ampofo highlighted that generating employment through this policy should be the main focus for everyone.

He downplayed the relevance of the Bawumia-Napo pair, asserting that the NDC and John Dramani Mahama are on course to win the elections.

Dr. Ofosu Ampofo stressed the need to continuously communicate the benefits of the 24-hour economy to Ghanaians, describing it as a game changer for the country’s development.

He mentioned that the policy would create employment opportunities across various sectors, including security, manufacturing, and transport.

He urged Ghanaians to vote for the NDC for better governance in the upcoming December 7 elections.
