The Minority Leader in Parliament, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson has urged all members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to recognize its elected Parliamentary Candidates as leaders in their various constituencies.

He added that elected PCs within the party assume leadership roles in their respective constituencies until after the general elections.

The Minority Leader made this declaration at a stakeholders’ meeting and fundraiser for the NDC in the Central Region, held on Saturday at Cape Coast chaired by the Strategic Regional Chairman, Prof. Kofi Asiedu.

The event saw him exhorting party executives to rally behind Presidential candidate John Mahama and the various Parliamentary candidates, emphasizing the need for a united front to ensure NDC’s victory on December 7.

The meeting was attended by various NDC regional and constituency executives.
