President of the Professional Women for JM, Ofeibea Ramatu Abdulai, has stated that only the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and its flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, can rescue Ghana from its current challenges.
She made this statement during a rescue walk held in Accra.
As part of their campaign for the NDC and John Mahama, the Professional Women for JM organized a free health screening and a walk to foster unity among party members, aiming to secure victory in the 2024 elections.
The group organized the health walk and free health screening for residents around Kingsby Roundabout in Achimota.
Speaking to Adom News at the rescue walk, themed “Resetting Ghana to Restore Hope,” Ofeibea Ramatu Abdulai emphasized, “Only the National Democratic Congress, through their flagbearer John Dramani Mahama, can rescue Ghana from its hardships.”
She highlighted the country’s struggles with high taxes, the destruction of water bodies under the current NPP government, and the need to rebuild the Free SHS system without the double-track system.
She also mentioned the goal of establishing a 24-hour economy for Ghanaians.
Mrs. Abdulai criticized the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government led by President Nana Akufo-Addo and Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, stating, “Under the NPP government, things are worse.”
With these points and more, she urged Ghanaians to vote out the NPP government and bring in the savior who can lead the country to the promised land: former President Mahama.
Meanwhile, Kumawood actor Christian Akwasi Asamoah, also known as Big Akwes, added that John Mahama has great plans for the movie industry and that they need to support him to win.
