The member of parliament (MP) for the Krowor constituency in the Greater Accra region Hon. Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey has called the Ghanaians not to fall into the sugar-quoted promises by the vice president and the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party NPP Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
She said the failure of the Akufo-Addo government makes the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia less of a threat to the NDC’s victory in the upcoming general elections.
Naa Momo Lartey argues that the economic theories of Vice President Bawumia have not yielded any positive outcome to warrant the trust of voters.
She added that Bawumia and the NPP are no match for John Dramani Mahama.
The Krowor legislature made these comments while presenting 20 band-beds to the management of the Nungua Senior High School (NUNSEC)

The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has admonished Ghanaians to reject John Dramani Mahama in the December general elections.
He said a vote for the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will take the nation back.
Dr. Bawumia believes he is the best option for Ghanaians to develop the country and provide accountability for their stewardship.
Speaking at a meeting with the clergy in the Northern Region, Dr. Bawumia said Ghanaians should not elect John Dramani Mahama as president in the upcoming polls because he will serve a single term of four years and will therefore fail to be accountable to the people.
But Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey said Ghanaians should look at people’s track records and their promises before voting them into office.
Agnes Naa Momo stated that if Dr. Bawumia has any better thing offer to the good people of then this is the time for him to do and not wait until he becomes president because he [Bawumia] is part of this current administration.
If you have somebody who promised people one village, one dam and you don’t see it, one constituency, one million dollars, you don’t see it, one child, one chocolate, you don’t see it. One child, one laptop, you don’t see it, and these are practical things. You don’t even see anything moving on, then Ghanaians have had enough of Dr. Bawumia and his economic theory.” she stated”
We all know the performance of John Dramani Mahama when he was in office, the massive infrastructural development he did. I am very confident that we will get our flagbearer to the seat of government.” she added”
Naa Momo Lartey further stated that the country is now on Intensive Care Unit and called on Ghanaians to vote for John Dramani Mahama as president of the republic of Ghana and Naa Momo as MP for Krowor for better things.
