The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced slight revisions to the 2024 Ballot Statistics due to decisions made by District Registration Review Officers (DRROs) and High Courts, as well as updates after the Re-Exhibition of the Provisional Voters Register.
In a statement, the electoral body revealed these adjustments would affect 20 polling stations and, hence will require the printing of additional ballot booklets.
The EC said he revision, including the list of affected polling stations, has been shared with all Political Parties, Independent Presidential Candidates, and the designated Printing Firms.
The EC has therefore urged the public to take note of the adjustments as part of its commitment to ensuring a transparent and efficient electoral process for the December 2024 elections.
