The National Democratic Congress (NDC) remains the strongest choice for Ghanaians seeking to safeguard the country’s future, according to a leading communications team member of the opposition party, Beatrice Annan.

She made the assertion in a social media post on Tuesday, April 23, arguing that the NDC had established critical economic buffers during its time in government that the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration has largely depleted.

“The NDC remains the most attractive brand in Ghana today. To secure the future of the young people, the NDC created the following Economic Buffers but the NPP has depleted most of these buffers,” she wrote.

She then listed several stabilisation and investment funds established by the NDC, including the Ghana Stabilization Fund.

Others are the Heritage Fund, Sinking Fund, Ghana EXIM Bank, GETFund, Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund, and the Energy Sector Levy Buffer, listed the NDC communicator.

Ms. Annan said: “The NPP has not created a single Economic buffer.”

She stressed that Ghanaian youth should make a choice to safeguard the nation’s future by voting for the NDC in the next elections.
