A leading communicator of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Felix Kwakye Ofosu has voiced his opinion about the campaign strategy of NPP flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Kwakye Ofosu, who was once a Deputy Information Minister under the Mahama-led NDC government says all the Vice President has been suggesting is that the current Akufo-Addo government is rubbish.

He backed his statement by explaining that the NPP flagbearer appears not to see anything good with the current administration hence he has been promising to do it his way if he wins the 2024 elections.

“The summary of Bawumia’s campaign and everything he has said so far is that the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government has been rubbish, so he will do differently. What manner of clownish campaign strategy is this?” quizzed Kwakye Ofosu.

In his campaign, the Vice President has been promising to do so many things differently should he win power in the upcoming polls, promising that he will “be his own man.”

He has promised to scrap the 10% tax on betting and the widely criticized e-levy introduced under this government.

Recently, Dr. Bawumia said his government will not burn excavators seized from galamseyers unlike what is being done in this regime.
